The Bechini & Associates team consists
of 5 professional accountants. 3 support staff and One fulltime
financial planner.

Accounting
and our Origins
With tax and regulation rules constantly changing, you
deserve the peace of mind that Bechini & Associates
can provide. We are committed to actively attending professional
education programs to keep abreast of all the changes in the
Australian Taxation System. We strive to improve our knowledge
and expertise to ensure we excel in, and provide, the
very best accounting, taxation and financial services.
A team that has grown from humble beginnings… Bechini
& Associates was established in 1999 by Sandro
Bechini and over the years, the firm has grown in size.
Sandro Bechini began working for the Australian Taxation
Office and then moved into professional practice in 1988.
Sandro later realised the need for professional taxation and
financial advice in the South West of Sydney and began to
service this need.
Adding
Financial Planning and Wealth Creation to our services
To service this need Sandro partnered with Count Financial
Ltd (Dealer Licence # 227232), which is an ‘independent’
network of accountant-based financial planners. Sandro’s
desire is to give to his clients’ the ‘best of
both worlds’ and be able to provide quality accounting,
taxation & financial planning advice.
And now we have also have a fulltime financial planner, so
that we can further improve the services that we provide in
this area.
Our firm also specializes in the administration of Self-Managed
Superannuation Funds and our accountants & financial planning
team are very keen to help any clients in this area.

Sandro
Bechini - Director |
|
Sandro has been a
qualified accountant and registered tax agent since
1984.
In the same year, Sandro sought to meet his new clients’
needs for total
financial service and became an authorised representative
of Count Wealth Accountants, Australia's largest independently-owned
network of Accountants specialising in wealth advice.
|
| Apart from providing traditional
accounting and taxation advice, Sandro’s specialty
areas include:
- Wealth building and tax minimisation strategies;
and
- Self-managed superannuation funds, accounting
and investment advice.
Sandro holds a Bachelor of Commence from the University
of New South Wales. He is a Registered Tax Agent and
is a member of NTAA.
Sandro has a passion for both breeding and racing horses
and greyhounds.
He loves tennis and rugby league and enjoys sitting
back with a good movie.
Sandro’s philosophy is, “believe in yourself and
there will be no limits.”

Peter
Banicevic - Financial Planning Manager |

Peter, is our fulltime
financial planner and is dedicated to providing advice
to clients to improve their financial futures.
Financial advice is more than just investments, it’s
more about having the right strategies in place to achieve
your financial and lifestyle goals. |
| His approach blends the common sense,
easy to understand and goals focus to achieve results
for clients.
In 2008, Peter became an authorised representative
of Count Financial Limited, Australia's largest independently-owned
network of Financial Planners providing wealth advice.
Peter is authorized to provide advice on:
- Superannuation
- Shares and securities
- Retirement savings products
- insurance products
- Deposit products
- Managed investment schemes
And also provides advice in regards to:
- Centrelink matters
- Aged care financial costs and requirements
- Borrowing to invest in shares
Peter joined Bechini & Associates in July 2008.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University
of NSW, a Graduate Diploma in Finance and Investment
from Kaplan (previously the Securities Institute) and
a Graduate Certificate in Financial Planning with FINSIA
(now called Kaplan). He is currently studying to update
his studies in financial planning also.
He has worked with financial planners and their clients
in his previous roles largely in customer service and
business development. He has worked in the finance industry
since 1993.
Peter in his spare time likes to spend time with his
young family but also likes yoga, listen to kirtan music
and sports.
Peter’s philosophy is, "You work
to live, not live to work so live more simply and think
about the higher more important things in life." |

Khanh Tran – Accountant |

Khanh joined Bechini
& Associates in July 1999. He holds a Bachelor of
Economics from the University of Sydney and has been
working in the industry since 1992.
In his spare time, Khanh loves carpentry and all kinds
of sports, especially rugby league and cricket. He also
enjoys keeping up with the stock market and trading. |

Khanh’s philosophy is, “never stop trying.”

Deborah Steadman –
Senior Accountant |
|
Deborah joined Bechini
& Associates in May 2008.
She holds a graduate qualification in Professional
Accounting from the Uni. of New England. |
| She has worked in the accounting industry
since 1986 in Brisbane, Bundaberg and Sydney both as
an employee and business proprietor.
Deborah loves spending time with her grand children
and in her spare time also loves dancing and listening
to music.
Deborah’s philosophy is “if a
job’s is worth doing, its worth doing properly.”

Baljit Gill–
Accountant |

Baljit joined Bechini
& Associates in November 2007.
She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Accounting
and Management) from the University of Wollongong. |
| She has been working in the industry
since 2002. She is currently undertaking further studies
to become a CPA.
A mother of two, Baljit, in her small amount of spare
time loves listening to music, watching movies and sports.
She also has a passion for food and dancing when she
finds the time.
Baljit’s philosophy is “you will
never achieve what you never begin” so just do
it. |

Gillian Bechini –
Office Secretary |

Gillian has been
with Bechini & Associates since 1999.
She assists and trains clients with bookkeeping requirements,
is responsible for Corporate Secretarial part of the
office as well as general administration duties. |
| Gillian loves spending time with her
family and friends, loves the hot weather, driving,
shopping and eating out. Gillian also loves being involved
in her daughters’ out of school activities.
Gillian also is a keen painter, decorator and gardener.
Gillian’s philosophy is BE POSITIVE. |

Olivia Prasad– Accountant |

Olivia joined Bechini
& Associates in March 2004. She holds a Bachelor
of Commerce from the University of Western Sydney. She
has been working in the industry since 2003. |
| Since returning from maternity leave
in 2008, Olivia currently works part-time to allow her
to spend more time with her daughter.
Olivia is also available for contract bookkeeping/accounting
engagements, please contact our office for more details.
In her spare time, Olivia loves to read, listen to
music and watch movies.
Olivia’s philosophy is, “you can’t trust everyone,
but you can trust your heart.” |

Belinda Campisi –
Receptionist/Office Administrator |

Belinda joined Bechini
& Associates in July 2008 on a part-time basis but
now works full time in the Role of Reception & Administration.
She holds qualifications in Small Business Management
and is currently undertaking further business studies. |
| She has a background of customer service
and book-keeping for the family business which she has
been doing from a young age.
Belinda in her small amount of spare time loves to
shop (of course!), socialising with friends, watching
movies and listening to music.
Belinda’s philosophy is to be both open
minded and strong.

Marie Simonovski –
Book-keeper |

Marie has rejoined
Bechini & Associates in May 2008 after previously
working for 5 years for the firm starting in 1999. .
She has worked both in the commercial and professional
fields. |
| She is predominately a bookkeeper and
provides support to the accountants in the practice.
Marie is also available for contract bookkeeping engagements,
please contact our office for more details.
Away from work she enjoys spending time with family
& friends.
Marie’s Philosophy is life can be a battle
at times so to move forward we should be mindful of
“if it is to be it is up to me”. |
